Nuts

Peanuts lead. Koh-Kae from Thailand is the largest brand: coated peanuts in Coconut Cream, Tom Yum, Nori Wasabi, BBQ, Shrimp and Coffee, and a Bangkok Mix. The European coated peanuts are Boso, Jega, Lorenz Nic Nac's and Viva, in flavours such as Cheese & Onion, Paprika and Barbecue.

Plain peanuts come roasted and salted from Alvo, Nutline and Detelinas, and in the shell from Alvo and Albo&Pro. Laojiekou adds Chinese peanuts roasted in tea and with garlic. TRS pink peanuts and Afroase red and white peanuts come in 375g and 1kg bags.

Tree nuts are a smaller group: Yes macadamias, Bakalland almonds and walnuts, Best pistachios and salted almonds, and TRS cashew kernels.

Peanut butter is listed here too, from Black Cat, Dakatine and PCD, in retail sizes and in 5kg and 10kg packs.

Koh-Kae comes 12 or 24 to a case. European peanuts come mostly in 150g to 200g bags.
