From origin to the Irish shelf.
Sourcing, consolidation, customs, Irish warehousing and nationwide distribution, handled by one company.
Who this is for.
Brand owners and exporters who need an importer and distributor to get their products into Irish stores.
The four stages.
- Source: a supplier audit and a landed-cost model.
- Ship: consolidation and customs clearance.
- Store: stock is booked into Irish warehousing.
- Distribute: delivered through every channel Nimbus supplies.
Stock and consolidation.
Stock is held in Dublin, the Netherlands and the UK. Goods from many suppliers and origins are consolidated, so a store receives one delivery.
Compliance and product data.
Customs, labelling, Deposit Return Scheme and allergen compliance are handled as part of the import.
GS1 data, images and specification sheets are held for every product. Halal, BRC and food-contact certificates are supplied where they apply to a line.
Southern Africa.
Southern Africa is handled by Nimbus's own team on the ground: sourcing, consolidation at source, customs, labelling and duties, then delivery across Ireland and Europe. It runs as a service of its own, with its own page.
