What it covers.

Bartnik, from Poland, has the widest choice: multiflower, linden and buckwheat honey, honey with honeycomb, and honey with ginger and lemon. Vinnis is Latvian and comes as linden blossom and natural honey. Moc, from Romania, comes as acacia, linden and polyfloral. Emela and Steinhauer add acacia and linden, and Steinhauer has a honey with propolis. Ulan forest honey completes the section.

Sizes run from 250g to 1kg. Most cases hold six, eight or ten, and every line is ambient.

How it differs from jams and marmalades.

Jam is chosen by fruit. Honey is chosen by flower and by country, which is why this section holds several linden and acacia honeys side by side instead of one of each. Stock the honey from the country your shoppers come from before you add a second type.

The 900g and 1kg sizes are for households that use honey every day. The 250g and 300g sizes suit a small fixture.
