What Lemberg is.

Lemberg is a German caviar brand from Lemberg Lebensmittel GmbH. The company was founded in 2002 and began as a small caviar shop in Berlin; today it has a site in Dahlewitz, Blankenfelde-Mahlow. It processes and packs caviar on its own lines, buys from suppliers in Canada and North America, and says it is among the largest caviar suppliers in Europe.

Salmon, salmon trout, trout, cod and sturgeon caviar, the Alaska Gold lines and Red Caviar, plus two caviar creams: shrimps and smoked salmon. Most packs are between 100g and 250g, in cases of 12 to 36. Every line is chilled and from Germany.
