What Alka is.
Alka was founded in Romania in 1994 as a coffee processor and has grown under the Krenzia family. The group is based in Bucharest and opened a factory in Ploiești in 2019. It makes wafers, biscuits, salted snacks and seeds, and says it exports to over 50 countries.

Toortitzi, Alka's baked snack, in salt, sesame, mixed seeds, and tomato and basil, with a version coated in milk chocolate. Soocitzi in olive oil and rosemary, onion caramel, sea salt and honey, and tomato. Italian pretzels, plain and with olives. Cakes and mini cakes with fruit and chocolate fillings, and wafers with cocoa, lemon or vanilla cream. Every line is from Romania and ambient.
