Snowflake is a South African flour and baking brand that dates itself from 1884. Premier FMCG lists it among its brands. Snowflake says it has five mills in South Africa and makes flour, baking aids and premixes.
The range in Ireland.
The flours are cake flour in 1kg and 2.5kg, self raising in 500g and 1kg, white bread and brown bread flour in 2.5kg, Nutty Wheat and bran. Easy Mix covers bran and vanilla muffin, pancake, scone, classic flapjack and a savoury mix, and there is a Creations Duffin Mix and baking powder in 50g. Everything is South African and ambient. Most of the range arrives on scheduled South African pre-order.
