How retailers range it.
The label serves two kinds of customer. Takeaways, sushi counters and restaurant kitchens buy the catering packs: sushi rice in 5kg, 10kg and 20kg, jasmine rice in 20kg, bamboo shoots in 2.95kg tins, sambal oelek in 10kg and fortune cookies by the 250.
Shops buy the shelf sizes: sushi rice in 1kg, the 227g and 567g tins, sambal oelek in 200g and 360g, and fortune cookies in packs of twelve. The rice sits with the other rice. The tins, sambal oelek and snacks fill out an East and South-East Asian bay beside the sauces and noodles.
