What Dodo is.
Dodo is the fish ball brand of Thong Siek Global, a Singapore maker of surimi-based seafood. The business began in 1976 in the backyard of the family home and is now based at Senoko Way in Singapore. The company says Dodo is Singapore's preferred brand in fish balls.
The range in Ireland.
The range covers fish balls (plain, fried, with vegetables and with a seafood filling) and prawn, cuttlefish, lobster, crab-flavoured and mushroom seafood balls. There are also fried fish cake, tofu fish cake, crab sticks, mini chikuwa and a hot pot mix. Most lines are 200g packs in cases of 30. Every line is from Singapore and frozen.
