How long does delivery take?
Delivery via pallet transport will incur a fee, with orders arriving in 1–3 business days.
Alternatively, if you choose delivery through our regular network, no additional fees apply, but delivery times may vary depending on your region
Delivery Costs
Regular transport through our distribution network is free of charge.
If you opt for pallet transport, a €47 fee applies. However, if your order total exceeds €1,500, transport costs are covered by us.
Minimum Order Amount
To qualify for regular delivery, a minimum order value of €150 is required.
There is no minimum order for warehouse collection, which remains free of transport charges.
For pallet deliveries, a €47 transport fee applies, but this is waived on orders over €1,500.

Return Policy
Returns must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please note that goods remain the property of Nimbus Choice Ltd until fully paid. Payment is due by the invoice date, and late payment fees may apply in accordance with Irish law.
What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?
Please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. Include order details and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
Who covers the return transport costs?
If the return is due to an error on our side (e.g. damaged, faulty, or incorrect items), we will cover transport. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
